Gaimen Kirikae in Okinawa

 The attached is a step-by-step description of the process of obtaining a Japanese driver's license with a valid foreign license.

I went through the "Gaimen Kirikae" process in October 2020 and felt that passing this without support might be difficult. I created the following PDF document to support my fellow international community members in Okinawa.
